Our wide range of products and services includes acoustic enclosures, acoustic screens, acoustic louvres, acoustic attenuators, acoustic silencers, sound havens, through to fully integrated turnkey solutions involving acoustic consultancy, site survey, project management, structural engineering, fire and gas suppression systems, electrics along with a full installation service.
Quality, Health, Safety und Environment (QHSE)
Wakefield Acoustics operates a fully integrated QHSE management system and is accredited to ISO9001:2015, IS014001:2015 and ISO45001:2018. Additionally, we are certified and accredited under the Achilles UVDB and Safecontractor schemes.
Safety training is an ongoing initiative for all staff in the business. This includes our highly trained installation teams who a have a vast array of specialist safety qualifications including SSSTS, CSCS, IPAF, PASMA, IOSH along with many other specific site and customer safety qualifications.

Product Certification and Compliance
Our acoustic panels and louvres have been tested to BS EN ISO 10140-2:2010 and our acoustic enclosure range has been independently tested in accordance with BS EN IS0 11546-1 :2009 as required by BS EN ISO 15667. We also have extensive experience in designing, manufacturing, and installing products that adhere to client and industry standards such as NORSOK, ASME and API.
We are also accredited to BS EN 1090-2 EXC 2 for the manufacture of Structural Components for Steel Structures.
Facilities
Our key strength lies in the depth of knowledge, skill and experience of our staff. We have a highly qualified, experienced and skilled workforce with specialist skills in acoustic design, mechanical design (3D Solidworks), project management and site and installation management.
Within our manufacturing team we employ highly skilled and experienced metal workers and fabricators and have a highly trained and experienced installation teams.
We operate from two manufacturing facilities located in West Yorkshire, with a combined space of 95,000sq ft. Our modern facilities also comprise of:

- In house painting facilities
- External storage and fit-out area for acoustic containers
